Route 85 serves the metro area of Monroeville City, operating primarily along all Sherman Avenue and Rickles Street connecting with Rhodes Memorial Hospital and terminating at Savini Plaza.
Operated by Argento Bus Company since 1978, the route is now operated by GAR Regional Transport under the MTrans brand.
